Bruce is a founding partner of Entrepreneur Partners, a firm of veteran private equity professionals, experienced operating executives and successful entrepreneurs acquiring marketing companies and contributing as engaged investors.
As an engaged investor, he has been chief executive of Northern Brewer, helping you brew, share and enjoy craft beer at home, Peachtree Business Products, providing managers of multi-family housing solutions for success, Amerifile, providing healthcare professionals the essential products they require for an efficient practice, and Bayshore Marketing, providing publishers marketing services for the acquisition of new subscribers
Bruce is also a principal of Addison Feen Insight, a consulting firm helping clients distill the perceived complexity of their business into a few simple clear objectives that drive faster growth and wider margins. Through his practice, he consults for private equity firms and other businesses including Graham Partners, where he supports investment strategy, due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
He was formerly President of The Franklin Mint, one of the largest direct-to-consumer marketing companies where he had broad responsibilities for marketing, operations and technology worldwide. He led a diverse group of professionals from creative and artistic talent to statisticians and programmers. While with The Franklin Mint, he drove innovations in content development, customer relationship management, operations excellence and leadership and management development.
Bruce earned his M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin.
He is married to Laurel and lives with her and their two sons in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
