Scott joined Graham Partners in 2008. At Graham, Scott interfaces directly with portfolio company CEOs in a mentoring capacity and oversees a series of portfolio-wide value creation initiatives, such as consolidating certain categories of portfolio company spend to increase purchasing power.
Prior to joining Graham Partners, Scott worked for TPG Capital’s Operations Team, where he was involved in all aspects of the investment cycle inclusive of due diligence, operational transformations, merger integrations, and the coaching of portfolio management teams. Previous to TPG, Scott worked for United Technologies in its Pratt & Whitney division, and for Danaher Corporation as well as for A.T. Kearney.
Scott’s past and present board directorships include Abrisa, B+B, Chelsea, Comar, Henry, SP Industries, Tidel, and TransAxle.
Scott earned his B.A. with honors from the University of Pennsylvania, and his M.B.A. from Harvard.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. Scott also serves on the Board of Directors of Camp Ramah in New England and as Chairman of the Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy’s Investment Committee.
