Graham Keeps Growing with Senior Operating Partner Focused on Topline Growth

PHILADELPHIA, August 30, 2018 – Graham Partners, a private investment firm targeting industrial technology and advanced manufacturing companies, is pleased to announce that Tracy Burzycki, a seasoned sales and marketing executive, has joined Graham Partners Operating Company as a Senior Operating Partner. Graham Partners Operating Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Graham Partners, which coordinates the operations consulting services provided by operations executives and outside firms to the Graham Partners portfolio companies and funds. Senior Operating Partners such as Tracy are executives with deep operating experience who help Graham Partners build stronger, more organized and more diversified businesses. Burzycki will use the sales and marketing expertise she has gained from more than 20 years of experience to catalyze profitable growth. Specifically, she will focus on strategy, process improvements, and execution of all aspects of commercial excellence in sales and marketing. This includes, but is not limited to, marketing visibility, lead generation, search engine optimization (SEO), branding, digital content / marketing, funnel management, customer relationship management (CRM) deployment, and price realization.

Prior to joining Graham Partners Operating Company, Burzycki held various senior commercial leadership roles at global life sciences and technology company, Danaher, including serving as Vice President of Sales at Leica Biosystems and Senior Director of Americas Commercial Operations at Beckman Coulter. Burzycki’s sales and marketing background enhances the suite of resources provided to Graham Partners’ portfolio companies by its Operations Team, in areas such as strategy, general management, supply chain, lean manufacturing, sustainability, and human capital, among other vital areas.
