Dan has 25+ years of experience in line management and strategy consulting, helping public and private companies achieve their growth potential. He specializes in developing effective business and go-to-market strategies as well as improving the effectiveness of sales, marketing, and service organizations.
In collaboration with Graham Partners, Dan has worked on multi-faceted revenue growth initiatives for its various portfolio companies, including: Acme, BrightPet, Chelsea, Comar, Eberle, Henry, Mercer, SP and Universal Pure.
Dan’s experience in managing sales and marketing organizations through pre- and post-transaction (IPO/acquisition) growth cycles, includes: Managing Partner, Velocity Growth Partners; SVP Sales, Business Development and Field Marketing / GM of multiple divisions for a multinational technology services provider that launched its IPO during Dan’s tenure; and VP Client Services and Sales Operations for an early-stage technology software provider. Additionally, Dan served as a Partner at Kaiser & Associates where he led revenue growth consulting projects for Fortune 1000 clients in a variety of industries, including diversified industrial/manufacturing, services, technology and consumer products. Earlier in his career Dan was a Brand Financial Manager for Procter & Gamble.
Dan earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia and his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
