Pat Adams
Industry Specialist - Food Technology

Pat brings with over 18 years of experience in the medical device field as well as expertise in the food processing industry to the Graham Partners portfolio companies.

Previously, Pat was the President/CEO of Avure Technologies, a leading designer and manufacturer of high pressure technologies used in consumer and industrial applications. Prior to his time with Avure Technologies, Pat was the President of Food Safety & Advanced Applications for IBA/Sterigenics, the largest food irradiation and ethylene oxide contract processor in the world. The division grew under Pat’s management to include new plants in North America and Southeast Asia. Early in his career, Pat was instrumental in the management of several companies, all of which achieved substantial growth under his leadership.

Pat received his B.S. in Biology from the University of Memphis. He is affiliated with numerous trade organizations, including the National Meat Association, Health Industry Manufacturers Association, the Institute of Food Technology, and was a longstanding member of the Executive Advisory Board for the National Center for Food Safety & Technology (NCFST), among others.
