Completes Add-On Acquisition of Specialty Sauces Platform

Graham Partners (“Graham”), a private investment firm targeting advanced manufacturing and tech-enabled services businesses, is pleased to announce that one of its portfolio companies, Tulkoff Foods (“Tulkoff”), a leading producer of specialty sauces, dressings, and ingredients, has acquired Celtrade, a complementary Canadian‑based manufacturer of value-add specialty and ethnic sauces and dressings.

Graham believes Celtrade is well-positioned to benefit from the macro tailwinds that underpinned Graham’s original investment in Tulkoff, including flavor & SKU proliferation and the simplification of back-of-house operations in foodservice organizations. In addition, Celtrade brings exposure to the growing consumer demand for innovative private label products.

Headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, Celtrade serves a diverse customer base across the private label foodservice and contract manufacturing channels. The company has a strong reputation for its ability to develop and manufacture highly customized, culinary‑forward products, including complex dressings, cooking sauces, marinades, and ethnic‑inspired formulations, tailored to customer‑specific flavor profiles and applications. Celtrade brings a strong culinary and technical foundation to the Tulkoff platform, supported by a dedicated 10-person R&D team and an extensive formulation library of proprietary recipes, as well as long-standing customer relationships and a deeply embedded culture of innovation. Graham believes the addition of Celtrade meaningfully accelerates Tulkoff’s strategy to build a leading liquid culinary solutions platform, while also expanding its geographic footprint through a scalable manufacturing presence in Canada and further diversifying its revenue base across both product types and channels.

Andrew Snyder, Managing Partner and President at Graham Partners, said, “We are excited to welcome Celtrade to the Tulkoff platform. Celtrade’s differentiated capabilities, strong customer relationships, and innovation‑driven culture make it an excellent strategic fit, and we believe this acquisition further strengthens Tulkoff’s position as a leading manufacturer of specialty and ethnic sauces, condiments, and dressings.” Kedar Shirole, Vice President at Graham Partners, added, “This acquisition represents an important step in executing on our value creation strategy at Tulkoff, as it expands the platform’s footprint into Canada and enhances its R&D and innovation capabilities. We look forward to partnering with the Celtrade team to drive continued growth across the combined business.”
