Deborah Grubbe

Professional Bio:

Deborah brings over 40 years of experience in the Health and Safety Management space and is an expert in chemical engineering, safety management systems, process safety, and change management. Deborah is currently the President and Owner of Operations and Safety Solutions, a firm that specializes in improving the utilization of hard and soft assets, especially process safety leadership and safety culture in the oil and gas, chemical, healthcare, construction, and aerospace industries. Deborah joined Graham Partners as an Employee Health and Safety Operating Partner in 2019.

Deborah has served on numerous safety-related Advisory Boards / Councils over the past 15 years, for groups including NASA, University of Alabama at Birmingham, Rowan University, PetroMall, and Drexel University, among others.

Deborah earned her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, and subsequently her C.P.G.S. (Certificate of Postgraduate Studies) from the University of Cambridge in England.  She is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and is a member of the National Academy of Construction.
