Andrew joined Graham Partners in 2007. Andrew, along with the other Managing Principals, shares responsibility for all major aspects of Graham Partners’ investment process, including investment sourcing, structuring, and exiting, as well as working closely with portfolio companies to build lasting value. He also serves on Graham Partners’ Investment Committee.
Andrew has primary oversight responsibility for Woodland Foods. He also has coverage responsibility for the consumer / food technology industry sector. His past and present board directorships include B+B, BrightPet, EasyPak, Eberle, Giraffe, Mercer, TransAxle, Universal Pure, and Woodland Foods.
Prior to joining Graham Partners, Andrew worked in private equity for Concert Capital Partners and in investment banking for Adams Harkness, Inc.
Andrew earned his B.A. in Political Science from Amherst College, and his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. As a graduate student, Andrew participated in the Graham Partners M.B.A. internship program.
A native of the Philadelphia area, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys, and playing golf and squash when not working. While at Amherst College, Andrew was on the varsity squash and lacrosse teams.
