Professional Bio:

Andrew, along with the other Managing Partners, shares responsibility for all major aspects of Graham Partners’ investment process, including investment sourcing, structuring, and exiting.

Andrew works closely with portfolio companies to build lasting value. He has primary oversight responsibility for Target Flavors, Commercial Bakeries, Tulkoff, and Woodland Foods. He also has coverage responsibility for the food & consumer essentials industry subsector.

Prior to joining Graham Partners, Andrew worked in private equity for Concert Capital Partners and in investment banking for Adams Harkness, Inc.

Education:

Andrew earned his B.A. in Political Science from Amherst College, and his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. As a graduate student, Andrew participated in the Graham Partners M.B.A. internship program.

Personal:

A native of the Philadelphia area, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys, and playing golf, squash, and padel when not working. While at Amherst College, Andrew was on the varsity squash and lacrosse teams.
