Professional Bio:

Andrew, along with the other Managing Principals, shares responsibility for all major aspects of Graham Partners’ investment process, including investment sourcing, structuring, and exiting, as well as working closely with portfolio companies to build lasting value. He also serves on the Buyout and Growth Investment Committees.

Andrew has primary oversight responsibility for Commercial Bakeries and Woodland Foods. He also has coverage responsibility for the consumer / food manufacturing industry subsector.

Prior to joining Graham Partners, Andrew worked in private equity for Concert Capital Partners and in investment banking for Adams Harkness, Inc.

Education:

Andrew earned his B.A. in Political Science from Amherst College, and his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. As a graduate student, Andrew participated in the Graham Partners M.B.A. internship program.

Personal:

A native of the Philadelphia area, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys, and playing golf and squash when not working. While at Amherst College, Andrew was on the varsity squash and lacrosse teams.
