Anil brings over 20 years of operations experience, particularly in the plastics and packaging sectors, to the Graham Partners portfolio companies. He has proven success developing and executing business and operational strategies that deliver improved efficiencies and profits. He also excels in M&A operational due diligence and the integration of businesses, cultures and people.

Anil has held various positions with plastics and packaging-focused companies, including Solo Cup Company. Currently, Anil is Principal and CEO of ARS Consulting Company and serves on the Advisory Council for Graham Partners portfolio company, EasyPak.

Anil received his B.S. in Statistics and Mathematics. He has also served on the board of directors for Syntac Coated Products LLC.
