Professional Bio:
Brian works closely with deal teams and portfolio companies to structure and execute debt financing solutions, optimize capital structures, and manage lender relationships.
Prior to joining Graham Partners, Brian was a Managing Director at Barings and Principal Asset Management, where he focused on direct lending originations across alternative credit strategies. He previously spent over two decades at Antares Capital and GE Antares Capital Corporation, structuring and executing complex debt financings for middle market borrowers.
Education:
Brian earned his B.S.B.A. in Finance from John Carroll University and his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
Personal:
Originally from rural Ohio, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, watching sports, and occasionally driving farm equipment on the family farm and feed business. Brian lives in LaGrange Park, Illinois, with his wife and their three children.
