Bruce is an experienced food technology expert who formerly served as the President of the T. Marzetti Company, a specialty food group of the Lancaster Colony Corporation. His specialties include profit and loss management, cross- functional team leadership, supply chain, inventory management, food safety, and product development. Bruce most recently served on the Advisory Council for former Graham Partners portfolio company, Giraffe.

While at T. Marzetti, the company grew from ~$16 million of annual revenue to more than $1.2 billion through organic growth initiatives and a number of strategic acquisitions. Previously, Bruce served as the Vice President of Development for Lancaster Colony Corporation.

Bruce earned his B.B.A. from Ohio University, M.B.A. from Xavier University, and went on to The Ohio State University where he earned his Executive M.B.A.
