Professional Bio:

Cari leads the human capital function, overseeing the firm’s recruiting and talent management initiatives. Prior to joining Graham Partners, Cari spent the past decade as an executive at Accenture in their Global Recruiting organization, where she managed strategic technology initiatives and process efficiency efforts related to recruiting, onboarding, and internship programs. Most recently, she served as Accenture’s Global Recruiting Innovation Lead responsible for defining strategic innovation opportunities, including leveraging the metaverse and blockchain as future recruiting platforms. Early in her career, Cari was a consultant at Accenture in Financial Services and an Assistant Vice President at JPMorgan Chase in Alternative Asset Management. She held other leadership roles at various organizations, including as Managing Director at Newman’s Own Foundation, Director of Operations at the Committee Encouraging Corporate Philanthropy (membership of over 130 Fortune 500 CEOs), and Executive Director at Lang Lang Music Foundation.

Education:

Cari earned her B.A. in Economics from Cornell University and is in the Cornell Athletics Hall of Fame for Lacrosse and Field Hockey.

Personal:

Originally from Malvern, Pennsylvania, Cari currently lives with her family in New Canaan, Connecticut. She enjoys spending time with her family, coaching youth sports, fostering dogs, volunteering, traveling, and playing sports (tennis, biking, running, hiking, boating, SCUBA diving, and waterskiing).
