As Operating Partner for Graham’s Value Management Office, Eileen leads Graham Partners’ value creation platform, establishing the strategic direction and approach for value creation across the portfolio. She works closely with the investment team, functional experts, and portfolio company leaders to define value creation strategies, translate them into actionable initiatives, and ensure disciplined execution, seeking to drive measurable impact and sustainable performance improvements.
Eileen brings over ten years of experience driving strategy, growth, and transformation across the consumer, retail, energy, and financial services sectors through her work at Boston Consulting Group and Capital One.
Education:
Eileen earned her M.B.A. from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and her M.A. and B.A. from the University of Florida.
Personal:
Originally from Florida, Eileen is now based in Denver, Colorado and loves to travel and enjoy all things outdoors – skiing, camping, and hiking.
