Jim is a senior operating executive with extensive and successful C-Level leadership and general management experience in the consumer products industry. His expertise ranges across business functions, with a particular focus on strategy, brand, and business development. Jim’s extensive network in the consumer products industry provides senior executives with assistance in business plan development and execution.
Jim is currently Principal of The DePietro Group, Inc., where he provides advising and consulting services to investors and portfolio companies in the food and beverage industries. Jim’s prior experience over his 30+ year career includes senior level management roles with companies such as Hain BluePrint, Inc., The Healthy Beverage Company, Ideal Snacks, and Unilever.
Jim earned his B.B.A. in Marketing and Management from Temple University and an Executive Management Certificate from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
