Joe Fleischhacker is a medical device industry expert with over 40 years of experience. He was most recently owner and CEO of Lake Region Medical, which was founded in 1947 by Joe’s father. Joe currently serves on the Advisory Council for Graham Partners portfolio company, Teamvantage.

The Fleischhacker family grew Lake Region Medical into a global leader in the development and manufacturing of medical devices, supplying the world’s largest medical device companies with minimally invasive delivery solutions. The company was sold to Accellent in 2014. Accellent, then a Kohlberg Kravis Roberts portfolio company, renamed the merged company Lake Region. At the time of the transaction, Lake Region had operations in the United States and Ireland employing approximately 1,800 people.
