Professional Bio:
John leads portfolio operations at Graham Partners. He works alongside the investment team, operating professionals, and portfolio company leaders to build strong operating foundations, drive disciplined execution, and harness technology to create lasting value across the Graham Partners portfolio.
John brings over 15 years of experience from Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he served as Managing Director and Senior Partner. At BCG, John was a core member of the Operations practice and led the Manufacturing group globally. He has advised companies worldwide on lean manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and digital transformation, delivering more than $1 billion in EBITDA improvement for his clients.
Earlier in his career, John worked in chemicals manufacturing operations at Celanese.
Education:
John holds a B.S. with High Distinction in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Personal:
Originally from Norfolk, VA, John is an avid sailor, runner, biker, and skier, and enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
