Professional Bio:
Pete supports legal matters, governance, and risk management across the firm, its portfolio companies, and its managed funds, affiliates, and other related entities. Specifically, Pete focuses on regulatory compliance matters supporting the Firm’s investor relations and accounting functions.
Prior to joining Graham Partners, Pete was a litigator at Dechert LLP, where he focused on white collar litigation matters, investigations, complex business disputes, and enforcement actions involving the U.S. Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, and other government agencies. Before his practice at Dechert, Pete was a law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Education:
Pete earned his B.A. in Political Science and minor in Business Economics and Constitutional Studies from the University of Notre Dame with Honors, and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center with Honors.
Personal:
A native of Reading, PA, Pete enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and fly fishing. Pete is also an avid fan of the Philadelphia Phillies and Notre Dame football.
