Peter Martin

Professional Bio:

Peter is a senior operating executive with years of broad-based executive, M&A, sales & marketing, operations, and financial management experience. Peter has a demonstrated history of leadership in strategy development, market share growth, and strategic acquisitions. He is the Founder of Fair Meadow Consulting and brings extensive industry expertise to Graham Partners’ portfolio companies. He currently serves on the Advisory Council for Graham Partners portfolio company, VPET.

Previously, Peter served as the President and CEO of Cosmetic Essence Innovations, a leading contract manufacturing solutions provider for the beauty care market. Prior to that, Peter served as President and CEO of Captive Plastics, a manufacturer of blow-molded and injection-molded plastic products for the food, health care, spirits, and personal care markets, where he led the firm in several strategic acquisitions and integrations. Peter began his career with Continental Can Company where he held several positions in sales & marketing in the company’s metal can and plastics operations.

Peter earned his B.A. from Colgate University.
