Ryan supports Graham Partners’ Operations Team, helping to align priorities, drive disciplined execution, and ensure seamless communication across the organization.
Previously, Ryan spent over ten years with Boston Consulting Group, where she held various strategic administrative roles, partnering with firm leaders to strengthen culture, elevate employee experience, and drive operational excellence.
Education:
Ryan earned her B.A. in Fine Arts and Painting from Northeastern Illinois University.
Personal:
Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Ryan enjoys painting and design, spending time with her dogs, and trying out new restaurants.
