Professional Bio:

Tom is a Senior Advisor with over 30 years of experience in all aspects of global business operations, procurement, strategic planning, financial management, personnel development and general management.

Tom spent 25 years with Air Products & Chemicals, an international supplier of industrial gases and chemicals with annual sales of approximately $10 billion. Tom’s career at Air Products included roles in financial management, procurement, strategic planning, M&A, and business and operational management. He formerly ran a $1.7 billion global business unit of Air Products where he had full profit and loss accountability for the Chemicals Group’s three divisions spanning multiple continents.

Tom has been heavily involved in the management of private equity owned companies since 2000. Throughout his career, both in public and private companies, Tom has routinely been assigned to leadership positions within business units that required substantial turnaround skills. In this capacity, Tom has accumulated substantial experience in cost management, cash and working capital management, price and margin improvement, personnel development and achieving sustained business growth.

Tom’s past and present Graham board directorships include HB&G, Infiltrator, NDS, Schneller and The Atlas Group.

Tom received his B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, his M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and graduated from the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University.
