NDS is a leading source of sustainable solutions for storm water management, efficient landscape irrigation, and flow management products serving commercial and residential markets. Headquartered in Woodland Hills, CA, NDS products are available throughout North America and internationally.

During Graham Partners’ ownership, NDS secured its position as an industry leader, providing the highest quality products and services while supporting the environment through the development of “green” products that efficiently manage and utilize one of our most valuable resources, water.

Supported by the active engagement of Graham Partners’ experienced investment professionals and skilled team of operating executives, NDS achieved the following results during Graham’s holding period:

• Grew EBITDA by 130%
• Built an outstanding executive leadership team
• Completed four add-on acquisitions
• Relocated its headquarters to Los Angeles from a rural area in central California
• Established its reputation as an innovative, green designer and manufacturer of water management solutions

Furthermore, NDS capitalized on increasing regulations surrounding water conservation. In recent years, states have implemented more stringent water conservation requirements, increasing NDS’s sales of micro-irrigation systems. Graham Partners worked closely with NDS’s management to commercialize ‘green-build’ products and develop new products that meet industry standards and address customers’ broader sustainability preferences.
