Adds Leading Remote Video Monitoring Workflow Solutions Provider to Portfolio

Graham Partners (“Graham”), a private investment firm targeting advanced manufacturing and technology-enabled services businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Immix, a provider of remote video monitoring (“RVM”) workflow solutions.

With a global client presence and offices in the United States and United Kingdom, Immix enables the operations of commercial remote video and security monitoring centers globally. Immix’s platform integrates video, audio, access control, sensors, and AI analytics through a single pane of glass, acting as a system of record for more than 200 remote video monitoring customers. Bringing those feeds together, Immix helps monitoring centers keep more than 100,000 businesses, schools, and job sites safe, separating real threats from false alarms and routing the right response in real time. Graham believes that, as alarm volumes climb and hiring skilled labor grows more challenging, this blend of automation and reliability is accelerating the industry’s shift from traditional human guarding toward AI-enabled video monitoring, and that Immix is positioned to continue benefiting from and enabling this ongoing conversion as a hardware and technology agnostic workflow solutions provider.

Since its founding in 2003, Immix has become a trusted, mission-critical partner to the professional monitoring industry. Its core platform, Immix Central Station, serves as the system of record for third-party video monitoring centers, ingesting alarms and video feeds from more than 500 supported device types, leveraging proprietary integrations, monitoring software, and AI analytics to help professional monitoring centers operate safely and efficiently. The Immix Guard Force platform extends the same capabilities to large enterprises that operate their own internal security and command centers, as well as remote guarding and outsourced security operations center providers, supporting a global customer base.

Stephen Wittmann, Principal at Graham Partners, said, “Graham has significant experience investing in and growing safety and security technology businesses, and we believe Immix sits in the middle of one of the most exciting growth areas of that market, with the accelerating adoption of RVM.” Rob Newbold, Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Graham Partners, said, “We are excited to support Immix in continuing to be a core enabler of this technology for customers around the globe,” adding, “We look forward to partnering with the Immix team as we seek to accelerate investment in their platform and capabilities to even better support its customers and the ongoing adoption of RVM.”
